The Position

Reporting directly to the CEO and co-founder, this role is an exciting combination of building out our sales organization (currently four people strong, based in Asia and Europe), as well as driving our sales strategy day to day. It is a rare opportunity for a highly motivated individual to have a major impact on the success of an ambitious company in a senior position.

Responsibilities

  • Directly responsible for setting and meeting revenue targets, in line with our commercial strategy
  • Build an effective sales methodology appropriate for our solution and the types of customers we serve, including nurturing and closing
  • Directly line/performance manage and coach Sales people
  • Build all related processes and structures. Set and follow up on KPIs to be able to analyse whether our methodology is working and individual sales are delivering.
  • Design reporting cycle to report up the line
  • In partnership with our Marketing lead, who also reports to this role, shape our Marketing strategy to support our sales efforts
  • Build effective relationships across the org, provide input to product and overall commercial strategy

Requirements 

  • 10+ years experience as an individual contributor in B2B software Sales
  • 5+ years experience as a manager of individual contributors in Sales. Experience of managing managers would be a plus.
  • Experience of hiring a team and building processes
  • Experience with sales methodologies. Able to identify what sort of approach is needed for our type of product/customer.
  • Has worked as part of a cross functional team of managers/leaders
  • Strong motivation to learn about our product and specific market


Location & Time Zone: Anywhere in Europe. Travel required (Within Europe 1x month, Asia/ Africa 1x month)
