The Position

Oradian is looking for a hands-on VP of Product to play a lead role in the growth of our team. You will be responsible for the technical vision and development of our best-in-class, cloud-native core banking system that powers over 50 growing financial intuitions across the world on a single source code. You will be managing the Product team and collaborating closely with Tech, Sales, and Customer Success, as well as owning the execution of and collaborating on the development of the product roadmap.


You will own the full product cycle from development to launch. You will manage and coach a team of Product managers and partner with teams across Oradian to deliver your product strategy and drive transformational customer growth.

  • Lead, manage and grow an experienced Product team
  • Translate business strategy into a product strategy and align it with other relevant Oradian leads, such as Tech, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
  • Deliver the existing roadmap, and collaborate on the execution of the future roadmap
  • Ensure that the entire company understands and contributes to the vision and direction of the product
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success lead to collect and act on customer feedback, as well as drive product adoption
  • Become a key evangelist of Oradian and participate in press activities, conferences, discussions with thought leaders and market analysts.


  • A B.S. and an advanced degree in a technical field preferable.
  • A Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing product teams, combined with 5 years' experience in SaaS enterprise product development.
  • People leader with success in leading and mentoring and building teams. Experience working remotely and managing a distributed team is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to distil product roadmaps into digestible and relevant presentations to key stakeholders
  • Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating that into the product development process. Understanding of user experience and design
  • Track record of successfully implementing data-driven processes to turn a vision into an actionable roadmap and lead its execution
  • Direct experience with digital management software or workplace collaboration software is desirableAbility to set up product analytics to understand feature usage, comprehension, and optimisation.
