The Position

The Technical Consultant will primarily help Lead the sales support team with technical sales support, have in depth product knowledge (technical and functional features as well as implementation practices) as well as industry/sector knowledge and country specific lending ecosystem coverage.

Work with peers in Product/Tech/MarketingCS to continuously fine tune the positioning of Oradian CBS and its USP and help deliver Client demonstrations and development of Proof of Concept while supporting the marketing/product team in competitors’ and prospect research projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of €20m ARR over the next 3 years
  •  Develop all the sales material and support BDM training as to product/tech features and how to best promote the USPS
  • Feed regularly back to Tech/Product what new features would make us win and grow faster
  • Conduct systematic Pipeline review with the VP os Sales - including lost deals analysis and feedback to the organisation the learnings and performance improvement metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing to design the best suited campaign to generate leads and build the pipeline
  • Support all local marketing events
  • Keep a continuous relationship with won client to identify opportunities for x-sell
  • Be systematic about applying the sales process
  • Demonstrate high standards in all interactions with prospect and colleagues

Requirements

  • around 10 years experience in SAAS/Tech consultative role either in Product?tech or CS with the last 3 years in sales support
  • Experience in emerging markets
  • Deep sector knowledge (Lending/FinTech) 
  • Product knowledge Cloud Based Core Banking System (desirable)
  • Product knowledge of other related credit/lending Tech/Data product
  • Excellent communicator
  • Analytical/Numerical and data-driven
  • Constantly updating knowledge in the Tech, CBS, SAAS space and sharing with the team
  • Consultative approach
  • Demonstrated problem solver

Location & Time Zone: Remote, Europe
