The Position

We are looking for an extraordinary Site Reliability Engineer. You will be part of the infrastructure team; dedicated to advance system stability and security in a multi-datacentre infrastructure. You will be working closely with other tech teams, understanding their needs; creating and adapting necessary tooling needed to automate development processes. Also, doing research and giving guidance to other teams is crucial part of our DNA.

The Site Reliability Engineer is responsible for creating highly available and scalable infrastructure for both external and internal needs. Our customers’ ability to grow is core to our mission and Oradian’s success. You will be responsible for building an infrastructure that can accommodate growth while extending system reliability, availability, and security. Infrastructure that needs to accommodate both banking standards of our customers and growing requirements of Oradian’s own vision.

You will need to think of infrastructure as a code term; automate long running and repetitive processes while always having banking business standards in focus. We are building an architecture that is maintainable and scalable across multiple datacentres and usable to other Oradian teams, giving them easy to use tools for deployment and development.

Successful candidates will need to have a deep understanding on how server infrastructure automation works; provisioning, orchestration, containerization should be more than familiar terms to you. You know how to implement different infrastructure parts and how to automate creation and configuration without breaking anything. You will have the opportunity to research different tooling and technologies that can help us make the system better in the future and to own implementations of the parts of the infrastructure. With so many technologies that are available and used in this field, learning, knowledge sharing and up-to-date teams are needed to prevent the system from falling into legacy. Our employees are enthusiastic knowledge hoarders, and we hope that you will learn and have something to share in Oradian.

  • Experience in setting up systems in a highly available and secure manner
