The Position

As a Senior Product Manager for Oradian Lending Products you will be responsible for all Lending products of Oradian cloud-based core banking system, having full ownership for the roadmap development and execution of existing and future lending products.

You will be collaborating closely with Sales & Marketing, Customer Success teams, Tech, and Data teams. This is a very strategical and hands-on role, with exposure to both, internal and external stakeholders. You will be working and reporting to Ricardo Vidal, and will be serving as the right hand of Oradian Chief Product Officer. This role is remote and can be based anywhere in Europe with some travelling expected – at least once a quarter.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the Oradian cloud-based core banking system for anything related to Lending
  • Define and execute on roadmap, both on long term strategic level, as well as on more immediate opportunities and everything in between
  • Coordinate product development directly with Tech team
  • Work closely with Marketing to have an external voice on all aspects of the Lending product
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer success teams to have a good understanding of the needs of the existing and future customers
  • Be a Product evangelist for the Lending space, ensuring priorities are clearly communicated and all processes are in place to have a smooth buy-in from all relevant stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with developments in banking industry (both traditional and fintechs), technology and our competitive space, and contribute to the continual evolution of our product strategy and roadmap
  • Set ambitious and realistic goals for the team - both on the ‘what’ and the ‘why’ - and commit to their achievement

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in Product Management in one of the following industries: banking / fintech / microfinance / financial inclusion
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading and developing Lending products
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. English is a must
  • Proven track record of working in a high-growth environment
  • Highly organised, detail-orientated, and able to juggle different projects and deadlines
  • Confident and pragmatic with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • You are a confident user of data to make decisions and feed priorities
  • You have excellent stakeholder management abilities and take a collaborative approach to engagement
  • You have curious mind, are willing to learn new things and to be an innovator


Location & Time Zone: Europe, Remote
