Head of Finance

We are looking for a high performing Head of Finance to manage all financial aspects of the business and develop a financial strategy to meet aggressive growth targets. The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing financial policies, driving profitability and ensuring compliance while playing a key role in shaping business strategy.  

Applicants must have a solid understanding of SaaS businesses, as well as experience working hands-on in multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction operations. Our Head of Finance must be a strong leader with a track record of managing teams in a dynamic environment.


Strategy development

  • Develop financial strategies to deliver on the business plan
  • Optimise all financial activities to maximise Oradian’s growth  
  • Develop budgets to support short-term and long-term revenue goals
  • Support the CEO in acquisition and fundraising activities
  • Guide business strategy with due diligence and financial modelling

Financial management 

  • Define, implement and monitor financial policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with external reporting and audit requirements 
  • Ensure compliance with international and national accounting standards 
  • Manage all tax affairs across all relevant territories 
  • Optimise accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash flow
  • Direct the purchase and management of all key assets of the company
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR to administer payroll systems 
  • Provide accurate management accounting 
  • Provide key financial and non-financial performance reports  


  • Lead all financial management activity  
  • Lead the global finance staff  
  • Communicate goals, expectation and key values across teams  
  • Advise the Board and the CEO on all financial matters
  • Reflect key cultural values of Oradian
  • Work with management to solve problems as quickly as possible

Qualifications and experience

  • A minimum of five years senior level experience. Early stage startup & SaaS business experience is a plus
  • Experience in commercial business and banking is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in finance or accounting preferred
  • Additional certifications considered: ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent


  • Proven expertise in strategy development and execution
  • Proven expertise in financial management and fundraising
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable experience in multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction operations
