We are looking for an organized and experienced Customer Training Specialist to join our team in Manila. Customer training specialist will be part of the team that is responsible for evaluating customer needs and current practices. You will be responsible to create and deliver a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides.

The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve the customer's training and performance.


  • Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
  • Work closely with other Training and CS team members
  • Track and compile collected data
  • Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
  • Communicate training needs and online resources
  • Test and review created materials
  • Maintain a database of all training materials
  • Conduct training through new materials
  • Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment for the training

Requirements and Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years experience working as a trainer, corporate training specialist or related position in one of the following:
      • Banking software
      • Enterprise software
      • Software as a service software
    • Experience in banking, fin-tech or financial inclusion is a plus
    • Proven ability to master the full training cycle
    • Degree in education, business, human resources, IT or relevant field
    • An additional certification from talent and training associations is a plus
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
    • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, and instructional software
    • Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
    • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
    • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
