Content Manager

Zagreb, Croatia

We are looking for a content manager to organise all print and online documents and content for our fast-growing fintech based in Croatia.

This is a content management job like no other – you'll be creating a blue-print for content management, and then implementing it on a global level. You will master your skills while working in a dynamic fintech community, and being part of a mission-based company that is making a difference in the world: Oradian provides a cloud-based toolset designed to enable financial inclusion in some of the most remote places in the world.

Applicants must have a solid understanding of content management, document management and plain English. You must have worked in Sharepoint and a Content Management System and also have experience in managing images and other digital assets.


As a key member of the Communications team, you’ll work with copywriters and communications experts to:

  • Set up a structure for all print and online content company-wide. This includes content from multiple regions, multiple market segments, multiple formats (print, online, image, video). In the future, it will also include multiple languages
  • Map content to stage of customer experience and personas
  • Define and configure the content-related tools we use, including Sharepoint, Office 365, and our website CMS
  • Maintain content on our website (under development now)
  • Perform regular content audits
  • Update and maintain all printed content

Requirements and competencies

  • Native level English
  • Minimum of five years of experience working with content
  • Graduate degree required
  • Ability to follow a style sheet and tone guidelines
  • Expert knowledge of Office 365, and some knowledge of Sharepoint
  • Additional training or certification in any of the following a plus: plain language, library science, content management
