The Position

The Business Development Manager will be responsible to lead the opening of Indonesia as a strategic market for Oradian while working with peers and marketing to establish sales/marketing plan to penetrate market. It's expected a deliver of a rolling new ARR of €1,500,000+ within Indonesia as well as establishing strong relationship and credibility at the C-suites level with the most dynamic lenders in the country.


Responsibilities

  • Reach a rolling ARR €600,000 within 9 months of start and €1,500,000 within 18 months
  •  Develop a pipeline of €6,000,000 within 6 months of starting
  • Raise awareness for Oradian solution in the market of the market strategic importance to Oradian
  • Establish the presence of Oradian in Indonesia (measured by inward inquiries/website traffic/solicitation to RFPs)
  • Collaborate with marketing to design the best suited campaign to generate leads and build the pipeline
  • Support all local marketing events
  • Keep a continuous relationship with won client to identify opportunities for x-sell
  • Be systematic about applying the sales process
  • Demonstrate high standards in all interactions with prospect and colleagues

Requirements

  • 5 experience in SAAS/Tech sales role with last 3 years at least as a BDM in the region
  • Deep sector (Lending, FinTech) knowledge
  • Product knowledge Cloud Based Core Banking System: strong
  • Product knowledge of other related credit/lending Tech/Data product: a plus
  • Demonstrated high growth (50%+ ) in prior role
  • Credibility with C-Suite
  • Excellent communicator

Location & Time Zone: Remote, Indonesia
