We are looking for an Account manager to manage a certain number of client accounts and contact long-standing clients to offer them additional features or products. The successful applicant will be responsible to build relationships with clients by managing their accounts and guiding them through the post-sale customer journey.  

Oradian provides cloud-based tools for financial inclusion to financial institutions in Africa and Southeast Asian. We are poised to scale operations in the six countries we currently work in while entering new markets.

Applicants must have a solid understanding of SaaS businesses. Applicants must have experience working hands-on in multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction operations and effectively work with team members in other offices. Succesful candidate will be required to travel 25-35% of the time to African markets where we operate.


  • Managing customer satisfaction, engagement, billing, and contract renewals
  • Demonstrating new features, campaigns or products to clients, emphasizing how they can help the company reach its productivity or goals
  • Close collaboration and partnership with the Product Management and Customer Success teams with regular communications and feedback
  • Serving as a liaison between a client and an organization's operational/internal teams
  • Suggest potential technical solutions and areas of improvement to improve client's success with Instafin
  • Become a trusted partner with the sales organization and help them identify opportunities with their customer base

Qualifications and experience

  • Minimum of three years of experience in one or ideally both:

o    Account management
o    Financial sector SaaS services

  • Work experience with customers and teams in developing countries
  • Experience with Managed services and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) products and associated business and pricing models
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment and process/change management


  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise assignments 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to express complex topics clearly
  • Patience and empathy to bring our customers into best practice
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills are required
  • Candidate must possess demonstrated decision making, problem solving, and negotiating skills
