Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account manager to manage a certain number of customer accounts and contact long-standing customers to offer them additional services or products.

The successful applicant will be responsible to build relationships with customers by managing their usage of Oradian's services and guiding them through the post-sale customer journey.  

Applicants must have experience working hands-on in multi-jurisdiction operations and effectively work with team members in other offices. Applicants will travel 30% of the time in remote areas in the Phillipines and report to Global Account Management and Customer Support Team Lead based in Zagreb, Croatia.


Responsibilities

  • Managing customer's journey, engagement, and contract renewals
  • Demonstrating new services, campaigns or products to clients, emphasizing how they can help the customer reaching their strategic goals
  • Close collaboration and partnership with other Customer Success teams with regular communications and feedback
  • Serving as a trusted connection between a customer and an organization's operational/internal teams
  • Deliver unique value based on customer needs
  • Suggest potential services and areas of improvement to improve client's success with our products
  • Become a trusted partner with the sales organization and help them identify opportunities with their customer base
  • Work daily to keep cross functional teams aligned mostly beetwen customer support and implementationt teams


Qualifications and experience

  • Minimum of five years of experience in one or ideally both:

Account management
Financial sector

  • Experience in working in SaaS industry is a plus
  • Work experience with customers and teams in developing countries
  • Experience with Managed services and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) products and associated business and pricing models
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment and process/change management

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to express complex topics clearly
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills are required

  • Understanding of sensitivity and confidentiality of a relationship with the customer
